I came up with this grilled chicken thighs recipe by accident when I ended up with way more chicken thighs than guests I had invited.
The long marination time is key to this incredibly tender and delicious recipe. I like to prepare these grilled chicken thighs in my Cast Iron Grill Pan, or over an open fire or coal bed
Chicken thighs tend to flare up over an open fire, especially with the skin on so be prepared to adjust them frequently on the grill rack.
